Since the formation of JWA Consultancy clients have enquired if JWA would offer a one stop design and construct service for specific small bespoke commercial projects or individual residential house builds or extensions.

Jonathan Wormald’s previous experience working within the Contracting sector being directly responsible for the management of construction and fit out projects. As JWA Consultancy is now an established and leading Building Consultancy it was a logical step to create a bespoke ‘Project Managed’ lead design and construct service.

Similar to our ‘Autocube’ division we wish to provide a service demonstrating an unrivalled knowledge of development and construction activities and consider the experience gained with every commission undertaken under JWA Consultancy enables JWA Turnkey Solutions to deliver.

The aim of JWA Turnkey Solutions is to allow you to have a ‘one stop shop’ and pass on all control of the project including design and construction allowing you to focus on your primary ‘day to day’ business activities.

JWA Turnkey Solutions is not offering a service to rival traditional Contractors, Builders or Shopfitters but we aim to provide a service that is ‘project managed’. We consider this service will initially suit customers who we have previously administered the construction of new complete facilities enabling the knowledge of the scheme to be inherent within the fit out or alteration or for customers who wish to choose an open book approach and have a project managed construction team. Whatever your needs a procurement route can be selected to achieve your requirements.

Should you prefer not to have a ‘one stop shop’ and would prefer to maintain traditional routes of appointments, we are happy for you to select from our services offered. Should you wish to maintain existing appointment routes with JWA for the delivery of individual and traditional consultancy services we are happy for you to make such appointment.
