About JWA
Jonathan Wormald Associates Ltd is a dynamic and expanding Leeds based Building Consultancy created by Jonathan Wormald in 2005.
The client comes first and JWA recognises demands facing them are changing.
Prior to the creation of JWA, Jonathan acted as Director for a Leeds based Building Consultancy taking a lead role in developing the business.
This included delivering schemes for clients within the Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Public Sector including a wide range of Health Care Facilities, Schools for the Future, Residential and a wide variety of motor dealerships including BMW, Porsche and Mercedes Benz.
Within JWA, Jonathan has continued the policies and practices which assisted the growth of his former employment importantly ensuring the JWA consultancy team inform each client on a regular basis how the project is progressing in physical form as well as commercial. Communication and timing of administration is a key function in development and construction to ensure a project has the best opportunity to be delivered on time and to budget. This is a key ‘mission’ required to be maintained and administered by the JWA Team.
Since forming JWA, the consultancy has delivered a wide range of schemes offering Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent Services and we are pleased to announce upon completion of Knights BMW Stoke, then BMW UK Managing Director, Mr Jim O’Donnell declared the dealership as providing ‘the best customer experience within the UK if not Europe’. As this project was fully project managed by JWA we are pleased to confirm this statement.
The Consultancy continues to develop with added services including Land Finding and Acquisition and has introduced a bespoke ‘one stop shop’ automotive division, ‘Autocube’, tailored to the specific needs of the sector and we refer you to separate pages within this site for detailed list of services.
